We are already at the end of our second week of the term and the children have settled back in well. They are working hard to achieve rewards in the behaviour system and reach “Gold”.
We are excited that the partnership across the Partington Schools is growing. We have already taken part in joint training sessions including Defibrillator training, Fire Marshall training, Maths Mastery and Assessment of pupils. Staff from both primary schools attended these sessions. This has only been made possible by the adjustments to the school day that we implemented in September.
The new school day is working extremely well, and alongside the training opportunities, this has also allowed us to offer a more extensive range of enrichment opportunities this term. Letters will be sent out to parents shortly with the details of what clubs we will be offering. This change will have a positive impact on the children of Partington with more clubs for them to choose from and children in both schools getting the same quality of care and education.
