What an amazing week we have had! On Monday our Parent Council hosted their first ever event which was The Easter Bingo Evening. The night was a big success raising a massive £546.25 for the school, and was enjoyed immensely by everyone. I would like to personally thank all members of our Parent Council for their hard work,
commitment and dedication to the school, we really appreciate it.

Year 5 had a visit from a “Spaceman” in relation to their learning topic this term. They then delivered an amazing class assembly to their parents which was thoroughly enjoyed.

Following on from Red Nose Day I am pleased to announce that the school raised a whopping £750.11 which is absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to all the children, staff, and parents for all your support and please see overleaf at some of the great photos of our children dressed in red.

On behalf of the staff we would like to wish Mr Sanderson a fond farewell as he will be leaving the school at Easter to take up a new role. We welcome Miss Newall who has been working alongside Mr Sanderson this half term. She will be taking over as Class Teacher for the Summer Term.

Can I just remind parents that driving into the school premises is not permitted to ensure the
safety of our children, Thank you.

Many thanks.
Mrs Parkinson
